Welcome to The Bakery Depot, Colorado Springs’ newest bakery in the heart of downtown’s Middle Shook’s Run neighborhood. After many years of creating delectable baked goods for private parties and large events, founder and head baker Susan Schenk opened this unique bakery to make her fresh, homemade cakes, cookies, pastries, and brownies available to everyone!
